Marketstreams collaborated with an Autodesk project team to help them identify, organize, and communicate strategic planning information to internal groups as part of the  company's annual goal setting process.

Atalasoft2_logo Easthampton, MA         Contract: Marketing strategy and launch consulting

Partnered with Clearly Creative to develop a comprehensive product communications architecture for Atalasoft, a leading supplier of document imaging, viewing, and processing products over the Internet. Employing an intensive on-site workshop approach, worked with the company's management team to identify target markets and audience types, key competitors, product differentiation and positioning, core messaging, sales strategies, and market introduction options.

 

Rockland, MA Contract      Contract: Product Management consulting

Following an engagement to define, build and implement Vovici's first-ever product management process Marketstreams was rehired by the executive team to develop product requirements and delivery plans for a an innovative Web-based community feedback portal. The product was launched successfully in February, 2008


Bedford, NH      Contract: Product Marketing consulting

Marketstreams conducted a series of customer and partner interviews to quantify the effectiveness of Scribe’s product collateral. We provided detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements. Also, based on conversations with customers, Marketstreams created a set of 30 product testimonials as part of a certification process Scribe was undertaking with Salesforce.com.

Marketstreams was asked to define and build out all marketing, product management, and business development functions for a fast-growing and highly innovative Web 2.0 company focused on application usage analytics for AJAX-enabled Rich Internet Applications (RIA).Visible Measures has since morphed into a major player in the burgeoning video analytics arena.

Brick River asked Marketstreams to create a market opportunity analysis and integrated communications strategy that laid the groundwork for all its marketing communications and programs, and encompassed the company's most valuable and profitable market segments. A significant portion of this effort involved crafting product messaging, target audiences profiles, competitive positioning materials, corporate and product differentiation statements, risks and opportunities, customer validation summaries, and doing sales training.

 

Watertown, MA      Contract: Product Management consulting

When Enterprise Mobile decided to expand beyond being purely a mobile services company by adding a software product line Marketstreams was brought in to define and drive a full product management function. The engagement involved building an infrastructure, plans, and deliverables for the company’s first commercial Windows Mobile device management software offerings, EMprovise and File Upload. Orchestrated two successful product launches in Sept., 2008 and Jan., 2009.
